National Service Scheme (NSS) Government Polytechnic College Kalamassery

The National Service Scheme (NSS) with the motto “Not me but you”, reflects the essence of democratic living and upholds the need for selfless service. The NSS unit of Government Polytechnic College Kalamassery plays an important role in promoting social responsibility, community engagement, and personality development among students. NSS provides a platform for students to participate in community service activities and nation-building initiatives, thereby fostering a sense of civic responsibility and leadership.

The NSS unit functions under the Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala, as part of the National Service Scheme established by the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Students voluntarily enroll in the programme and actively participate in various social service and community development activities.
